2021: An Year of HARD ROCK on Hardrockheavymetal!

Another year is gone (this mad 2021) and it's time to show our highlights in HARD ROCK world..as usual NO CHARTS!

We start with the brilliant solo album by Joel Hoekstra, able to express his skills also out from WHITESNAKE or Trans Siberian Orchestra, and with return of the monicker MSG..IMMORTAL is a smart comeback.

New version of THE DEAD DAISIES featuring Glenn Hughes was out with HOLY GROUND, while VOODOO CIRCLE, the hard rock project led by Primal Fear’s guitarist Alex Beyrodt, started the year in the right the way.

New album by ALICE COOPER, with DETROIT STORIES, ROBIN MCAULEY, and amazing ALL THE RIGHT NOISES from THUNDER.

A great live album in Wacken to end the stunning career of KROKUS, while NIGHT RANGER with ATBPO and HARDLINE with HEART, MIND AND SOUL confirm their status.

To remind Australian SNAKE BITE WHISKY with BLACK CANDY, 70’s driven HEAVY FEATHER with MOUNTAIN OF SUGAR, darker IRONBOURNE from Sweden and RUBBERY LIPS’ HOT BREATH.

We go on with brilliant SHAKEN TO THE CORE by Italian DOBERMANN, HUNGRY FOR ACTION from brilliant French IRON LIZARDS, the comeback of mighty THE DATSUNS with EYE TO EYE; brilliant album by BILLY GIBBONS out before longtime mate DUSTY HILL flew to heaven.

Second album by RESURRECTION KING project, led by CRAIG GOLDY, while brilliant INGLORIOUS were out with a new studio album, WE WILL RIDE, and a cover album, HEROINE.

Fourth album by LUCIFER, in waiting for the comeback of THE HELLACOPTERS, live album for brilliant THE UNITY, a new one by ALCATRAZ, with GRAHAM BONNET out and DOOGIE WHITE in.

It was a pleasure to see a new album by THOR, while brilliant THE HAWKINS were out with fresh AFTERMATH.

One of our favorite was the comeback of VICTORY, the amazing GODS OF TOMORROW, preceded by

new solo album by HERMAN FRANK, another great example of german metal; brilliant again DAVID REECE with its BLACKLIST UTOPIA.

A new album of cover for DEEP PURPLE, preceded by a live album from DON AIREY.

To remark the new one by CRAZY LIXX, STREET LETHAL, maybe derivatives but their stuff sounds always brilliant, and the debut by CHEROKEE from Germany.

Another year is passed..ready for a 2021 full of new HARD ROCK music hoping to return a.s.a.p. on the stage!
