PRESS RELEASE - “WE TAKE A BREAK”

On Oct 20th, 2022 we celebrated the 7th year since this project started.

Seven years rich of emotions, new friendships but also big disappointments and, sometimes, no gratitude for the work done.

Needless to hide..also Metal world is changed in the last few years; price of records and live concerts dramatically growing kill fans' passion, many classic bands are close to the end of the road.

HARDROCKHEAVYMETAL was born to support firstly classic bands and physical music..but, honestly, today is there still a sense, a mission for us and many like us?!

Furthermore we remind that our staff is now reduced from four to only one man..covid and crisis contribuited not a little; it's not easy manage one hundred new emails everyday, doing hundreds of reviews (really listening albums..) and interviews. And labels and promoters obviously expect this work for free and fast, maybe forgetting that we aren't their employees and...we work for free, often offering in exchange not even support.

WE TAKE A BREAK to re-focus our brand and thinking about the future..I don't know if will be a long or short hiatus or it's time to end this amazing journey.
