💿 Hi, it's a pleasure for us to have on Hardrockheavymetal TED ANDERSON of SLEEPLORD! Welcome!! Glad to be here all you Metal Fans!! 💿 On Mah 31st will be out your debut full-lenght called LEVELS OF PERCEPTION. Can you tell us somethin'about about its composition process? We had the pleasure to listening to it in preview and we were really impressed! Thank you for listening and the compliments. Usually the lyrics come first, then I find a riff that inspires me from the guitar player and we write the piece from that point. Then the song is unleashed  to the rest of the band for future ideas and completion. It has really worked well for "Levels of Perception " 💿 Can you tell us somethin'about your passion for our loved kind of music? Which bands have influenced you the MOST? Nothing gives you that kick in the ass more than Metal.The pounding riffs and the thunder of the bass and drums makes me wanna sing and create Magnetic Metal!! 

Bands like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest,  Pantera , Black Sabbath, Testament, Candlemass, Metal Church are some definite influences of mine! 💿 You come from OHIO. Can you tell us somethin'about the status of your local scene? The Cleveland Metal scene is ALIVE and THRIVING with Pure Steel Records signing and releasing caliber bands like WRETCH,  Ritual Cleveland, Vandallus, Destructor , Sunless Sky, Lower 13 and and of course.. Sleeplord! Gotta mention other bands including Wrath Icon, Dead Earth, IRONFLAME! So proud to be a part of this killer scene!! 💿The real "news" in music industry is the return of vinyl and audio cassette; what's your feeling about these classic format and the current music "business"? I grew up with vinyl and cassette so mixing new technology with some old school processes is a win-win. I really love to pull the album from its sleeve and I really love a quick digital download. Best of both worlds!!!!

💿 Your album will be out via PURE STEEL RECORDS. Can you tell us somethin'about the virtù of this partnership? My relationship with Pure Steel Records Artist and Representative, Juan Ricardo, through the years in the Cleveland Metal circuit really paved the way for Sleeplord.

 We played out together and he really stood behind us from the beginning. Juan presented the CD we self-released to Pure Steel Records and a worldwide two album deal was the result!!! Very honored and very humbled! 💿Can you tell us somethin'about your next live projects? Are scheduled any gigs? We are currently working on adding new tracks to our live show to give the fans as much music as possible during our time on stage! We just finished a series of great gigs and are focused on the release date May 31st. We're getting ready to take this to the World! 💿 Thank you so much for tour time!
