MUHAMMED MÊLKI - BROOD OF HARTRED

💿  Hi, it’s a pleasure for us to have on Hardrockheavymetal Muhammed Mêlki of BROOD OF HATRED! Welcome!!

Hi, you’re welcome. It is a great pleasure for me, too.

💿“IDENTITY DISORDER”, your new full-length, is out from May 4th! Can you tell us somethin’about its composition process and style? Are you satisfied about this platter?

The writing process began in early 2017 after a 3 years of hiatus and in the mid of which I released my single "observing" which was a pathway for the listener to feel and taste my new chapter and by the summer of 2017 the material was ready to be sent to the producer and that's when things started to shape, and I shaped them perfectly to my expectations, as for the theme the title "Identity Disorder" explains it all... And it came out perfectly in the musical direction that I planned.

💿 Can you tell us somethin’ about your early times? Which bands have influenced you?

In the earliest days I traveled through many kinds of music but the metal had a great impact in me and made me express more the reality.

You can’t kill the metal. The influences are mainly society, the real world, the ups and downs and the struggles we live in general.

Metal is beautiful noise.

💿The real “news” in music industry is the return of vinyl; what’s your feeling about this classic format and the current music “business”?

Yep I'm aware of that and it's the perfect way to taste music, and it’s also more beneficial to the artist in an artistic way in the terms of sound quality and visually too, and also it is good for "business" here.

💿 The new album is out via CRIME RECORDS; Can you tell us somethin’ about relationships with them?

The journey with Crime Records began late 2013 even before its launch, and they launched the label by my debut "Skinless Agony", so the relationship can only be good.

💿 Can you tell us somethin’about your next live projects?

Live projects are coming and it will be soon.. and I'm still waiting for the right moment and the right direction that I seek, because now I'm busy of with more important matters that will help me evolve musically.

💿 You come from Tunisia; Can you tell us somethin’about your local metal scene?

I have no clue of what's going on in the Tunisian metal scene since years.. because there was I time when I decided to back off due to many experiences that made me decide that I don't get involved in any politics or ART protocols.

I just make my music and go on.

💿  Thank you so much for your time! See you soon on Hardrockheavymetal!

Thanks to you. See you soon.

(Thanks Clawhammer Pr)
