💿 Hi, it's a pleasure for us to have on Hardrockheavymetal DAVE COPPOLA of INVERTIA, the well-known INDUSTRIAL METAL duo from New England! Let's start talking about the early days of the band..When is this all begun? Which bands have influenced you? It all started when we summoned the iron of Quorthon and forged it with the embers of ohGr and there we were, standing in the fire and brimstone, lurching forth to bring upon the listeners the utmost. We were very influenced by classic horror movies such as "Nosferatu" and "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" as well as bands such as Death Grips, Ministry and other stuff. 💿 For a few days is out your new Ep THE CRIMSON SCREEN Vol.1. Can you tell us somethin'about this work and its composition process? We had the privilege to listening to it in preview and we're very satisfied! First off, the composition process for the utmost took off relatively quickly except for the one song named Cast No Shadow which took long indeed. What we tried to do is go from one riff to the other. One riff at a time, folks, and line em up accordingly. At the end of the day that's pretty much it. Thanks for liking it! Glad you enjoyed it. The industry today for this type of music is turbulent so it makes more sense to release our music independently.
