Swedish Hard Rock band Åskväder is ready to unleash the new album FENIX on March 25th, 2022 on THE SIGN RECORDS.

Again they’re ready to provide 90s Scandinavian rock scene mixed up with hot riffs drenched in bluesy licks and catchy refrains, helped by groovy bass lines, thundering drummin’ and elaborate vocal harmonies.

Åskväder in english language can be translated into 'Thunderstorm'…right moniker to describe their sound!

Hailing from the west coast of Sweden, Åskväder released their debut EP ”Quick Fixes” in 2018. In 2020 the band joined forces with The Sign Records for the release of their debut, the self-titled studio album. In 2022 Åskväder returned with their second full-length effort, ”Fenix”.

Åskväder was formed in 2018 and consist of Kammo Olayvar on bass, August Waernelius on drums, Albin Sörensson on lead vocals and Martin Gut on guitar.
