The new album by Uk medieval Heavy Rock band Wytch Hazel ‘Wytch Hazel III: Pentecost is out (available since Oct 30th) via Bad Omen Records.

Produced by ex-Purson multi-instrumentalist Ed Turner and mixed by Gentleman's Pistols main-man James Atkinson, this 3rd full-lenght provides throughout ten songs a great blend of seventies hard rock with medieval and heavier drops.

Hendra, founding member and mastermind, played drums in brass bands and orchestras, studied classical piano and sang in school chamber choir, but at 16 the direction of his life changed forever, after a revelation we can all relate to: "Iron Maiden was the main reason I started playing electric guitar," he reveals. "I remember borrowing 'The Number Of The Beast' off a friend and was just blown away – heavy metal was an obsession from that point on!"

They starts with HE IS THE FIGHT, fancy and airy seventies hard rock, and grandiloquent SPIRIT AND FIRE , which provides more rhythm and an harder mood.

Solo parts are always rich, and we have a confirm also in following I AM REDEEMED, one of our favorite, powerful and full of vibes, where organ is the protagonist.

After wider ARCHANGEL, DRY BONES is powerful and grows second after second, followed by instrumental SONATA.

They go on with I WILL NOT, another ace, and REAP THE HARVEST which, after a long instrumental intro, shows different situations that hit us.

Last two shots are medieval THE CROWN and last ANCIENT OF DAYS, which after the Bible reading in the first slice, grows ending in the best way this interesting album.
