Winter Nights from NEW YORK have a new self-titled album set for release July 31st.

This self-titled album comes after the 2014 “An Endless Apocalypse” and brings with it, more dreary lyrics and melodic metal music.

The album was recorded between 2015 and 2018 at Atomic Sound in Brooklyn, New York.

The primary themes in the album relate to the feeling of being stuck on the idea of death.

The lyrics are a sort of metaphor of losing someone and / or taking your own life for one purpose or another.

Six songs in this new work; the first shot is ENCOUNTERS, where instrumental parts and blackened vocals prevail.

Darker is DAY THE SUN DIED, with dynamic and pressing drum, while more lilting is UNMARKED GRAVE.

Stronger WITHDRAWALS and carpets sounds of STARVED FROMENERGY and WHEN DECEMBER BURNS end this album.
