Progressive band THE ONEIRA has signed with ROCKSHOTS RECORDS for the release of their third album entitled "Injection", out on March 13th, 2020.

Led by the Greek multi-instrumentalist Filippos Gougoumis, THE ONEIRA project with members which come from Greece, Italy, and Germany.

ONEIRA means "dreams" in Greek to symbolize the willpower of flying across the universe with music.

Following previous album 'Hyperconscious' (2014) and 'Natural Prestige' (2011), "Injection"show a step towards a more mature and structured sound.

Nine songs interesting where sound is really embracing and able to provide a sense of peacefulness; all instruments live in perfect armony.

The first tune is STILL FREE TO CHOOSE, with a good melody but able to growing second after second, enriched by fancy keyboards inserts.

A bit heavier next KNOW THAT FEELING, that evolve fluently, while EDIPSOS chooses the melody.

Solo parts are great, but we’d like to see more spaces for them.

Instrumental is BEHIND THE SUN, just like the brilliant title track, while MAKE MY DAY and PAINT YOUR SOUL, although enjoyable, don’t leave their mark.

More rhythm in TRUST NO ONE while OVER THE MOUNTAIN, sometimes heavier, sometimes more pomp, is one of our favs.
