The Great Divide were formed in 2011 in Rome, Italy, setting their sound based on lessons of 90’s hard rock and grunge bands,�The band recorded the debut full-lenght (UNION - 2017) in two days with a direct approach, without editing in post production

These words can well describe the band: Raw, Fast, Loud. Human, Chilled Out & Soothing…This is The Great Divide.

The band welcomes you with a great mix of American/European Hard Rock; a kick in the teeth blended with melodic and powerful vocals.

They start with brilliant SPEED, a great example of powerful RNR driven hard rock, followed by NO DOUBT, with its more american sound, enhanced by an inspired solo.

BROADWAY reminds first Detroit’s sound of ALICE COPPER but with sharper and heavier riffing; there’s no shortage of melody when it needs.

We can appreciate melodic and fresh EVERYTHING IS RUINED, folowed by lilting REBIRTH.

More thoughtful LINES, that grows second after second, enriched by a gorgeous solo part.

Again Us influences in HELL SCAR, while lilting PIECE OF ME shows a great solo part and an interlude with starring bass.

After fancy CLEARLY, STAY, opened from a great arpeggio, is the song that ends in the best way an album that WE SUGGEST!!
