The Dead Daisies have gone from strength to strength since the release of their self-titled album in 2013. They have released five studio, one live and one covers album; RADIANCE is the new platter available on Sept 30th, 2022 on The Dead Daisies Pty Ltd. / SPV.

The band includes an amazing collective of players that includes John Corabi, Marco Mendoza, Richard Fortus, Dizzy Reed, Tommy Clufetos, Frank Ferrer, Darryl Jones, Charley Drayton, Deen Castronovo and Jon Stevens amongst others. They’ve shared the stage with many masters such as Kiss, Guns N‘ Roses, Scorpions, Aerosmith, Bad Company, Whitesnake, ZZ Top.

The Daisies started their next chapter in 2019 welcoming Glenn Hughes. Glenn took over lead vocals and bass guitar, joining guitarists Doug Aldrich and David Lowy and drummer Brian Tichy, returned to the line-up for 2022.

HUGHES marked the style of the band with his touch, through his rock solid bass grooves and vocal intensity.

This platter walks the same road of previous HOLY GROUND, with hard rock songs sons of seventies but with a contemporary production that exalts the work of all members, indomitable grooves and spellbinding lyrics, all the ingredients that have made this music so timeless.

Ten new songs in this RADIANCE, opened by FACE YOUR FEAR, that starts lilting with its groovy bass lines and inspired vocals; high level solo parts obviously..a trademark of the whole platter!

On the same line following HYPNOTIZE YOURSELF, maybe more sharp at times, while SHINE ON shows a more rhythmic side.

We love the dark title-track, with some Sabbath’s influences at time, while BORN TO FLY is more rhythmic and flows with great naturalness.

They go on with harder KISS THE SUN and COURAGEOUS, a song surely more various.

Lilting and dark is CASCADE while NOT HUMAN is one of our favorite track, powerful and roaring.

Wider ROLL ON ends in the best way this great RADIANCE.
