On Sept 25th, 2021 will be out the long-awaited debut full-lenght from French traditional Hm band TENTATION.

Tentation was formed in 2012 in Torreilles in the south of France paying homage to masters of the genre with vocals in french language.

These elements combine to make the band’s long-in-the-making Le Berceau Des Dieux debut one of the year’s most unique vintage metal offerings.

Featuring vocalist Patrice "Darquos" Rôhée, guitarist Guillaume Dousse, bassist Guillaume “Guix” Pastor and drummer Laurent "Lole" Metivier, Tentation released their debut self-titled EP in 2015, then followed it with the Bruixes / Shaman single in 2018.

The same year, the band teamed up with Iron Slaught for the - 665 - Les hordes métalliques split.

Translated as “The Cradle of the Gods,” Le Berceau Des Dieux delves deep into Tentation’s interest in mythology and ancestral legends.

To remind, as guest vocals, Patrice Le Calvez (Titan), Iron Jérémy (Iron Slaught) and Jey Deflagratör (Hexecutor).

The first shot is L’EXODE, a great example of 80’s no-frills classic metal, enhanced by a solid rhythm section and a great solo part.

LE COUVENT shows pounding drums, driving solo parts and a darker touch, while LA CHUTE DES TITANS sounds classic and grandiloquent.

After a short interlude LE TAUREAU D’AIRAIN is another ace that fully convinces us, followed by brilliant CONQUERANTS.

They go on with BALDR, full of emphasis, and BLANCHE, a great attack son of first NWOBHM.

Last two shots are L’ENFANT DE GOSTHAL, a short interlude, and HEAVY METAL, a masterpiece.. a various anthem that ends in the best way one of our highlights of the year!!
