In a doom scene rich of great bands, SORCERER from Sweden are truly one of the best; their doom, rich of shadows and epic drops, a clear and powerful productions, fancy arrangements make this platter a must-have.

After two gems such as IN THE SHADOW OF THE INVERTED CROSS and THE CROWNING OF THE FIRE, this album is another step ahead, where they are really inspired.

The work of two guitars is magic, where power is enriched by a tasty melodic touch when it needs, and the sound is at times closer to prog, classic Hm or almost hard rock.

If INSTITORIS or HAMMER OF THE WITCHES are fine examples of doom of the current day, WHERE SPIRIT DIE provides awesome melodic lines; JOHAN LANGQUIST of CANDLEMASS is the special guest of acoustic and softer DELIVERANCE.
