Sonus Corona is a progressive metal band from Finland formed in 2011. It first started off as a side project between Ari, the main songwriter, and Rasmus, the drummer.

Next they decide to grow from a duo into a full band with Bass player Aki Niemi, who joined the group in 2012, solo guitarist Harri Annala at the start of 2013 and vocalist Timo Mustonen at the end of 2013.

The second album, “Time Is Not On Your Side”, was released on November 22nd 2019. It will be preceded by singles “Time Is Not On Your Side” and “Illusions”.

A fancy album of progressive metal with many changes of times, several solutions provided by solo instruments and well inspired solos.
