Out on March 6th on AFM RECORDS, BORN ON FIRE is the new platter by ROSS THE BOSS, the fourth in the history of the band led by iconic guitarist of MANOWAR.

We really appreciated on our pages BY BLOOD SWARN two years ago and this platter is a confirm of the good health of the band.

Same line up, except STEVE BOLOGNESE on drums, which provides a great contribution to the sound; confirmed MARC LOPES on vocals, MIKE LEPOND on bass and, obviously, ROSS FRIEDMAN on guitars, the last one involved only in the composition of five tracks.

They start with GLORY TO THE STAIN with its pressing drumming, the right now identifiable bass of Mike Lepond, and the first of a long series solo of Ross.

We appreciate also FIGHT THE FIGHT, very far from sound of MANOWAR, while DENIED BY THE CROSS is a darker, heavier and various tune.

MAIDEN OF SHADOWS, well-known as video clip, shows new solutions before entering brilliant I AM THE SWORD.

After SHOTGUN EVOLUTION, the title track sounds right, a bit classic before hitting, fierce and pressing.

GODKILLER is one of our favs, classic and squared, with a stunning solo, while THE BLACKEST HEART sees rhythm slowing down.

DEMON HOLIDAY and UNDYING are two certainties, while WALKING ON THE MOON ends in the best way this welcome return.

SURELY TO SUGGEST..BORN OF FIRE..ONE OF OUR HIGHLIGHTS OF THE YEAR!!
