Well-known on our pages, ROAD WARRIOR from Australia are ready to unleash their new fatigue entitled MACH II, out on April 24th on Gates of Hell Records.

Firstly we can say that Mach II is surely more sophisticated than its predecessor.

Recorded at Against the Grain Studios in Adelaide, South Australia with producer Andy Kite, Mach II provides a sound more mature, proud of their roots but looking forward.

First shot is TONIGHT’S THE NIGHTMARE, a classic HM tune with an embracing solo; nothin’ new but it sounds good!

FOX DEVILS WILD is a traditional track, with a structure more various, enhanced bypressing drums and roaring bass.

They push less in FRIENDS BEHIND THE SCENE, closer to hard rock; a song with a right mood and an embracing solo.

THUNDER N’FIGHTING shows more structure, almost progressive, and some epic drops.

NOCTURNAL ARREST, after an intro starts classic and grandiloquent..an awesome song, one of our favs of the platter.

If in WIRED is sure structured but squared too with a Maiden’s inspired runaway and vocals providing many solutions, THE DIAMOND FORGE is another great tune, with great changes of time and an inspired solo.

REST FOR THE WICKED is the last ace, son of eighties metal

THE SECOND ALBUM BY ROAD WARRIOR IS SURELY ONE STEP AHEAD AFTER A BRILLIANT DEBUT..TO SUGGEST..NO DOUBT!!
