Ravager are a Thrash HM band from Germany, founded in 2014 when Marcel Lehr (guitar) asked Dario Rosenberg (guitar).

To complete the lineup both asked former band members and consequently bass player André Sawade and vocalist Philip Herbst joined. Ravager started working on their first songs, the search for a Drummer has ended: André chose to take the chair as new drummer and he loves it ever since. Justus, a young, motivated and very long haired bass player complete the band.

A Demo EP „Alarm Clock Terror“ was released in March 2016.

End of 2016 Ravager sign the contract with Iron Shield Rec. and the first full CD "Eradicate ... Annihilate ... Exterminate ..." was well-received, followed by "Thrashletics".

Now it’s time for a new album.. "The Third Attack": harder, catchier and better than ever and available on IRON SHILED on June 18th, 2021.

Ten songs in this new platter opened by classic thrash of INTRUDERS, followed by PLANET HATE which, after an instrumental start, shows a relentless attack, made precious by smart tempo changes, brilliant backing vocals and stunning solo parts.

BACK TO THE REAL WORD shows a more classic HM side alternating with thrash elements.

They go on with PRIEST OF TORMENT, right now direct and powerful, where thrash metal meets power groove elements.

A PLAGUE IS BORN is strong and heavy, showing sharper riffs, while THE THIRD ATTACK is a relentless...attack, fast and furious.

After BEYOND REALITY, MY OWN WORST ENEMY, after an instrumental intro, shows both faster passages and more technical moments.

After great KING OF KINGS, DESTROYER is the last shot with over minutes of duration, which leaves open the door to a bright future for the band.
