RAPTORE’s second album entitled “Blackfire” will be avalaible on CD and vinyl LP formats via DYING VICTIMS on JULY 29th, 2022.

Formed in 2012 by vocalist/guitarist Nico Cattoni, RAPTORE originally hailed from Buenos Aires, Argentina and released their first demo in 2014.

In 2016, they released their debut full-lenght, “Rage N’ Fever”, which allowed them to tour South America and opening for Exciter and Enforcer.

In 2018 Nico decides to move to Europe in order to give RAPTORE better opportunities and recognition. He set base in Barcelona and completed the lineup with three talented musician.

One year later, they released the single “Prisoner Of The Night” through Church Recordings and were booked for festivals such as Pyrenean and Trveheim.

RAPTORE lineup began work during 2021 on their second album, Blackfire, entering the Moontower Studios.

This new album consists of eight new tracks and it’s opened from TRIUMPHAL MARCH TO HELL that, after an intro, provides an interesting classic/speed old school HM attack.

Pressing drums, roaring bass lines, balanced backing vocals and a voice capable of driving with authority.

Not least the guitar’s solo.

PRISONER OF THE NIGHT is a fresh song, 80’s driven, that works great, while the title-track, after an intro and a guitar’s solo snippet, is another speed classic with a solo part again to remark.

DEVIL ASCENDS is another brilliant shot on the same way while more structured PHOENIX, provides both melody and mad races.

They go on with DEMON’S LUST, a great song where we can feel clear the Priests’ inspiration.

DEATH, anticipated by an instrumental interlude, is the song that ends in the best way this album.
