KATHARSIS is the new platter by PRAYING MANTIS out a few days ago on Frontiers again.
In the last few years the #nwobhm cult band seems to improve album after album; KATHARSIS confirm their status.
Their composition vein is absolutely alive, helped by, finally, a stable line-up…a true added value.
Melodic Hard Rock, at times with prog elements but never misses some rhythm to make the all thing interesting.
If CLOSER TO HEAVEN and NON OMNIS MORIAR are pure melodic rock songs, in AINT’NO ROCK’N’ROLL..they provide obviously…a RNR touch, without forgetting epic DON’T CALL US NOW.
Among others to remark LONG TIME COMING, dedicated to the career of the band, between album and live gigs all around the world, more thoughtful SACRIFICE, and FIND OUR WAY BACK HOME.
“ ALL KILLER,NO FILLER..” ..An album, obviously, TO SUGGEST!!
