Pino Scotto in Italy is a real legend; well-known as the lead singer of Vanadium and Fire Trails, is known too as anchor man never slave of the masters.

DOG EAT IS DOG is the platter out on March 27th with eleven new songs and a cover of Vanadium’s classic DON’T BE LOOKING BACK.

With crushing riffs and solos, Pino provides with this platter a journey throughout his never ending history, both as a man with many things to say and musician.

The line up consists of PINO SCOTTO on vocals!, STEVE VOLTA on guitars, LEONE VILLANI CONTI (TRICK OR TREAT) on bass, FEDERICO PAULOVICH (DESTRAGE) on drums and MAURI BELLUZZO (GRAHAM BONNET) on keyboards.

IT’S TIME TO GO is the first bluesy shot, reminding us somethin’ from best Gary Moore..a fancy tune to open the platter.

More squared the title track, with effective rhythm section and a guitar solo to remark.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME shows great musicality, while DUST TO DUST provides a more complex structure that reminds us somethin’ from the golden age of Italian prog.

More dust in the riff of GHOST OF DEATH, followed by NOT TOO LATE, one of our favs, a seventies hard rock song with a rich sound enhanced by piano and by bass and guitars’ solo.

ONE WORLD ONE LIFE, with the presence of sax, is maybe a step behind, but RIGHT FROM WRONG is absolutely brilliant.

ROCK THIS TOWN and SAME OLD STORY are again two examples of stunning classic hard rock before the attack of TALKING TRASH, which ends in the best way this album.
