UNLOCK YOUR FREEDOM is the new album by PARRIS HYDE after "Mors Tua, Vita Mea", released in 2016.

The line-up featured on "Unlock your Freedom" consists of Parris Hyde on vocals and guitar, Roby Kant on bass and Karl Teskio on drums.

Parris Hyde is a singer, musician and composer, born in Milan; after a 30 years career, in 2013 Parris Hyde came back with a new band.

The band plays a great combination of classic and modern HM.

In June 2016 was out the above mentioned first album "Mors Tua, Vita Mea" was finally published for the label "Free Mood Promotion".

Later, in March 2018, a new EP, titled "Undercover I", was released for the same label: the EP includes some covers and an unreleased track.

After an intro, the first shot is “Rock is dead (long live Metal)”, a great song where classic elements meet a contemporary flavour.

“I loved you , I killed you” shows a basic structure, where heavy riffs embrace electro-rock elements.

In “Home is where the Heart is” they show more melody and self-confident vocals.

After “Secret Lover, Cruel Murder”, maybe a step behind, “The head undead” is a song more various and structured, surely our favorite.

After “The lion of Kabul” it’s time for more thoughtful “We belong to the sea” and interesting “The way”.

If “Requiem” doesn’t convince us, “Unlock your freedom” leads us to the end.
