After the thrash metal classic album "Heresy“ out 31 years ago, PARADOX are ready to release HERESY II THE END OF A LEGEND on Sept 24th, 2021 on AFM RECORDS.

After several changes of names, Paradox was born in 1986.

After the debut “Product of Imagination“ (1987), the concept album “Heresy” was an international success

Now, More than 30 years later, it’s time for the eighth above mentioned studio album “Heresy II – End of a Legend“.

Charly Steinhauer gathered round a very special line up.

Guitarist Christian Münzner and long time bass player Olly Keller are back after a one-album’s break while on the drums they have band’s co-founder Alex Blaha.

Musically "Heresy II – End of a Legend“ starts where the first part ended in 1990.

The opener 'Escape from the Burning' shows fast riffs and vocals are amazing..

Paradox is able to stand true to its style, making something complex and interesting at this same time.

Clear examples are structured “Journey into Fear”, the semi-ballad “A Meeting of Minds”, “Priestly Vows” which reminds Testament’s influences or “A Man of Sorrow” with its distinctive guitar riffing.

To remind a cover of the mighty METAL CHURCH, the instrumental “Merciless Onslaught”.
