LionSoul‘s third album “A Pledge To Darkness” will be unleashed on April 29th, 2022 on ROCKSHOTS RECORDS,

This new album follows “Welcome Storm” (2017) (Limb Music), their self-released “Omega” (2013) and EP “The Throne” (2015).

The new album “A Pledge To Darkness” is a step forward in band’s career; it’s more heterogeneous and darker.

Featuring 11 new tracks, ranging from thrash to melodic death HM, including some death metal vocals to give more emphasis to certain passages.

The album is a blend of different approaches that converge into their power/heavy trademarks.

After a cinematic intro, EXILE TO ARISE is heavy and powerful, helped by pressing drums; a great example of classic HM elements with a contemporary mood.

AMBER OF ILLUSION is more squared with clear 80’s influences and all sounds so fresh!

They go on with WAILING IN RED, with its powerful and sharp riffing and power HM passages, and NO BEGINNING.

If SOLDIER THOUGH TIME is a step behind, SKIN 2 shows both power and melody; to remark the level of solos, always brilliant.

After A PLEDGE TO DARKNESS and RED FLAME, MAN, MACHINE…works great and it’s one of our favorite, before THE STRANGERthat ends in the best way an album that WE SUGGEST!!!
