Today we don’t wanna do a review or a track-track by track; we have read many opinions in the last few weeks because IRON MAIDEN are one of the last big bands that make people talk.
We respect every opinion; our opinion is that SENJUTSU is another gem in the never ending history of the band.
I love the freedom of bands like this, they do what they want..long songs, a triple vinyl..it’s amazing..against the “streaming concept” of three minutes songs, all the same.
They exalt this time their prog side and they’re able to fly and spread their wings..a work complex and structured that only physical format can celebrate.
From the evocative title-track to epic parts of DARKEST HOUR, from “Celtic” DEATH OF THE CELTS to more “direct” STRATEGO..
UP THE IRONS!!
PS: NOT RECOMMENDED FOR “STREAMERS” and “ONLY THREE MINUTES SONGS BECAUSE OVER IT’S HARD TO UNDERSTAND”
