Born as INVIOLACY 35 years ago, IN.SI.DIA are a thrash metal band coming from Brescia, North Italy.

After first demo out in 1991, "No Compromises", consisting of four tracks in English language, in 1993 they recorded their first full length with new moniker IN.SI.DIA, singing in Italian; "Istinto e Rabbia" was out in 1993 through Polydor.

Nel 1995 IN.SI.DIA recorded "Guarda Dentro Te" but in 10097 they split up.

Alive again in 2013, in 2017 they published the positive received “Denso Inganno”.

On Sept 30th, 2022 will be out the new chapter of their history entitled

“Di Luce e Aria”, avalaible on Punishment 18 Records.

The new platter starts with DENTRO IL CERCHIO, opened by an instrumental majestic intro, powerful and lilting before the first old-school thrash attack.

Sharp lyrics and riffing', power groove elements to complete a sound..that sounds so fresh and contemporary.

Dynamic drumming, driving bass lines and awesome solo parts (all features of the entire album).

They go on with WELCOME TO MY WORLD, heavy and powerful, that fits perfectly, while IL NOSTRO SOGNO provides more elements, from Classic metal to prog and thrash, with sharp riffs and more thoughtful moments..an awesome mix.

NON SIATE COMPLICI (lyrics are never trivial), is more complex and groovy, surely one of our favorite, while SALTO NEL BUIO is another brilliant confirm.

If TRACCE SILENZIOSE exalts the more classic thrash side, DIMMELO ORA sounds great.

We love RIGENERATO mixing again classic HM, thrash e more structured elements.

After the darker NATO NEL VENTO, the groovy NOTTE DIVERSA ends in the way an ALBUM TO RECOMMEND!!!
