Progressive/Power Metal Quartet Immortal Guardian is ready to unleash on Feb 12th its second album entitled Psychosomatic via M-Theory Audio.

IMMORTAL GUARDIAN began building their following through multiple self-released EPs before signing with M-Theory Audio for the 2018 release of their debut full-lenght “Age of Revolution.”

The band has performed live sharing stages with majestic names, among other Judas Priest, Slayer, Metal Church, and Steve Vai.

The band supported the release of “Age of Revolution” by touring relentlessly alongside fellow shredders such as Marty Friedman, Powerglove and Exmortus.

IMMORTAL GUARDIAN gathered in Las Vegas at the beginning of 2020 to record their second effort.

“Psychosomatic” is a product of the extraordinary turmoil of the last year that affected millions of people around the world, and the next step in IMMORTAL GUARDIAN’s evolution while still capturing the band’s exhilarating trademark melding of melodic #powermetal with progressive/shred drops.

The style of the band is various; since the title track you can appreciate their great powerful blend of heavy and prog music with technical solo parts.

In READ BETWEEN THE LINES, after an instrumental intro, they provides groovy parts alternating with melodic shots, while in LOCKDOWN they starts self-confidents, moving between power and classic impulses.

PHOBIA hit us for their free prog spirit, followed by great CLOCKS.

After an intro, GOODBYE TO FAREWELLS starts enhanced by pounding drums and roaring bass..a great example of Power HM with growl vocals drops.

They go on with more melodic CANDLELIGHT and FIND A REASON before strong NEW DAY RISING ends in the best way this great platter!
