DYING VICTIMS PRODUCTIONS and Crypt of the Wizard are ready to unleash HEAVY SENTENCE debut album, entitled “Bang to Rights”, on CD and music cassette (DVP) as well as vinyl LP (CotW) formats.

HEAVY SENTENCE, one of the brightest traditional HM band of the current day, have kept the emphasis on quality over quantity since their formation in the mid-2010s.

HEAVY SENTENCE made their recorded debut with a two-song 7” in 2017, followed a year later by another two-song 7”, and now they’re ready to provide these brilliant 10 songs in 37 minutes, energetic mid-tempo HM mixed with punky drops.

The first shot is MEDUSA enhanced by roaring bass lines, is “dusty” song son of the first era of the NWOBHM, followed by COLD REINS, a track that grows second after second.

More traditional than ever HM in AGE OF FIRE, with its long gallops and more powerful parts; EDGE OF THE KNIFE grows helps by rough vocals and, in our opinion, is one of the best song of the platter.

Brilliant next CAPITOLINE HILL and the title-track, while, ON THE RUN, reminds us the lesson of Motörhead.

Direct and with brilliant solo parts WICKED LADY, while POSSESSION and BROKEN HEARTS, end in the best way this great album that we suggest without hesitation!!
