Firebreather, swedish trio from Gothenburg, was out three years ago with debut album “Under a Blood Moon”, that was in-your-face and raw.

Now it’s time for new platter DWEEL IN THE FOG, available on Feb 25th, 2022.

An album where guitar and bass tones are entrancing paired with vocalist/guitarist Mattias Nööjd’s guttural yet melodic howls and drummer Axel Wittbeck’s groove based rhythms.

Like their preceding two albums, Dwell in the Fog was also recorded and mixed by engineer Oskar Karlsson at Elementstudion in Gothenburg. The band is joined by new bassist Nicklas Hellqvist on this album, who seems to have increased the thunder rumble tenfold.

Only six long-lasting songs, again dark and gloomy, an heavy carpet-sound deliberately slow (with a few exceptions) and static, sometimes as suffocating and fascinating as the experience of living there.
