After four album, classic/power HM band from Greece EMERALD SUN is ready to unleash their 5th effort, entitled KINGDOM OF GODS, available on Jan 28th, 2022 on EL PUERTO RECORDS.

This new album provides power metal vibes mixed with more classic elements, helped by both thundering and dynamic drums, screaming guitars, heavy riffs, and vocals always brilliant.

Ten tracks in this new album opened from BOOK OF GENESIS that, after a moment of suspense, is a great song where classic HM elements prevail.

Vocals show an epic touch, bass lines are roaring and solo parts are absolutely brilliant.

Closer to power following HEROES ON THE RISE while HELLBOUND is squared and direct, remembering influences from German school.

In LEGIONS OF DOOM prevails the epic flavour, while in GAYA (THE END OF THE INNOCENCE) they are able to be heavier but never obvious, being at times grandiloquent; to remark solo parts, stunning and inspired again.

The title-track is an inspired epic “ballad”, more thoughtful and lilting.

RAISE HELL is heavy and classic, with no compromises, never falling a touch of melody.

They go on with THE HUNTER, opened by 80’s keys, and WE WILL DIE ON YOUR FEET, self-confident and proud, with a brilliant Maiden’s gallop, that grows powerful; surely one of our favorite tracks.

WHERE WARRIORS BELONG is the “epic outro” that ends in the best way this great album that WE SUGGEST WITHOUT HESITATION!!
