Italian band DOBERMANN unleashed the last album SHAKEN TO THE CORE on June 11th on Wild Mondays Music, distributed worldwide through Horus Music UK and produced by Alessandro Del Vecchio.

They’re well-known as an hard-working band over 800 shows played in the whole continent in 9 years, including festival appeareances at Rock The Ring (Switzerland), Moped Marathon (Austria), Pivo in Cvetje Lasko (Slovenia), Cubelles Rock (Spain), Heineken Beer, Suoni di Marca, Rock in the Casbah (Italy), Sinner Rock Festival (Germany), Glammed out (UK), Glam Slam (Belgium).

The title-track opens this brilliant platter, with this roaring hard rock RNR influenced; a brilliant song with great solo parts..the right shot to start.

STARING AT THE BLACK ROAD provides also funky elements, while STIFF UPPER LIP, only homonymous of AC/DC’s classic, is a great blend both of rockin’ and melodic vibes.

DROPPING LIKE FILES is a direct and effective song but shows a rich structure, enriched by dynamic drums and by another brilliant guitar’s solo.

They go on with OVER THE TOP, where Aerosmith influences and funk lives in perfect armony, and TALK TO THE DUST, rich of melody but maybe, in our opinion, a step behind in the first slice, exploding in the second one.

Truly distinctive ROLLING WITH THE TIMES and SUMMER DEVIL, while ROCK STEADY hit us again with its funk elements and its gorgeous solo.

Last two shots are Van Halen-driven RUN FOR SHADE and melodic LAST MAN STANDING that ends in the best way an album that WE SUGGEST WITHOUT ANY HESITATION!!
