A new project put together by our loved by MICHAEL DENNER, this time with a new band focused on classic hard rock, is burning.

For those not in the know, Denner was guitarist for MERCYFUL FATE's first five albums, as well as KING DIAMOND's first pair of releases.

DENNER'S INFERNO rise from the ashes of Denner's former band, TRICKBAG, a seventies Prog/Hardrock outfit.

With a new lineup and sound, Denner has returned to a more base 70's Hard Rock roots, in line with his own personal tastes.

We can find also prog touches, as well as more doom moments.

On “In Amber”, Denner is helped by the rhythm section of Flemming Muus and Bjarne Holm (MERCYFUL FATE) on bass and drums plus Chandler Mogel on vocals.

The outcome is 10 songs with great guitar solos.

There are times where it's more understated such as in “Matriarch” .

Other times it seems Denner's playing is the heart of the song such as in “Up And On”, and “Run For Cover”.

The more doom touch is present in the first single, the awesome “Fountains Of Grace”.

There's even an easier connection with “Taxman (mr Thief)”.

Anyway DENNER's INFERNO has put together a great album that flows nicely.
