DARK ARENA are ready to unleash a new album entitled WORLDS OF TERROR available on PURE STEEL RECORDS on Aug 27th, 2021.

Another great album..a perfect blend of Classic US HM sound and contemporary Prog Metal.

We remind that leader, guitar virtuoso Paul Konjicija, has passed away in 2019; together with vocalist Juan Ricardo (RITUAL, SUNLESS SKY, WRETCH, ATTAXE), he was the mastermind of this band.

Nevertheless, Paul Konjicija, Juan Ricardo and drummer/keyboardist Noah Buchanan (NUNSLAUGHTER, SOLIPSIST) recorded another DARK ARENA album in 2018 before he died.

Less keyboards, no experiments and more powerful guitar riffing are the differences between "Worlds Of Horror" and the previous DARK ARENA works.

They start with the title track, powerful and structured, all enhanced by evocatives vocals, sharp riffing, followed by DARK ARENA, where they’re able to make accessible the prog texture.

Obviously always interesting the solo parts.

They go on with brilliant ANNUNAKI ARISE, while DAMNATION WITHIN shows a last slice darker and more thoughtful.

In BITE THE BULLET the heavy side prevails, followed by strong KILL PROCEDURE.

After SACRED RITE, we can appreciate DESTINY BRIDGE, full of emphasis, before the melody of ABANDONED ends in the best way this great platter.
