Bisönte was put together this year by Vicente Payá (GOLGOTHA and UNBOUNDED TERROR) and Maria J Lladó, after the collaboration of Maria J in the last album of GOLGOTHA.

The target was creating something darker and depressing with a stoner/doom twist.

The band is completed with Andrea Trujillo on bass and Pablo Herrero on drums, well-known asmembers of YOKO FACTOR.

In April they recorded their debut album "Ancestral Punishment" a in Palma de Mallorca, and it was mixed and mastered by Jordi Vaquero in Barcelona.

In May of the same year, Bisönte got signed to Xtreem Music for the worldwide release and promotion of “Ancestral Punishment” that will be out on CD, 12”LP, Cassette & Digital formats.

“Ancestral Punishment” consists of six conceptual tracks which tell a story about the invasion and destruction by external beings of everything that some believe, possess and love without worrying about what they have to do to defeat them and keep their style of life.

The sound provided is heavy and deep with influences from bands like early BLACK SABBATH, MONOLORD, CANDLEMASS.

Surely interesting..we suggest to listen to it as a whole thing.
