We had the chance to listening to the new album by BAKKEN, Irish band with a personal vision of HM, and we were really impresses.

A band able to provide a stunning blend of classic, power and thrash HM, with a rich structure, gorgeous solo parts, vocals to remark, that we truly suggest!!

They provide long lenght songs with politically charged lyrics, thundering double kick drums and relentless energy, keppeimg the attention of all listeners.

After “Death Of A Hero”, their debut out in 2012, established on the live circuit ultimately headlining their own shows,and supporting bands such as Hell, Doug Aldrich and Tim "Ripper" Owens.

With a fresh new line-up boosted by Frank Levi’s on vocals (a true top player), Shaun Nelson’s (Attica Rage/Ironheart) blistering solos and Thomas Alford’s (Tim Ripper Owen/Sandstone) progressive bass lines, BAKKEN are back with a vengeance in 2020 with their epic new full length album “This Means War”.
