The 3rd album of Swedish band ARMORY, a well-known name on our pages, is entitled “ Mercurion” and will be avalaible on CD and vinyl on April 22nd on DYING VICTIMS.

The career of ARMORY started out in 2012 delivering high level speed HM.. After two demos, the debut full-lenght “World Peace… Cosmic War” was released via High Roller Records in 2016.

The band shared stages with top players such as Pentagram and Nifelheim.

ARMORY went into the studio again in late 2017 to record their second album, “The Search”, released in July 2018 again via High Roller.

Now they’re ready to unleash the third opus, a full-blown sci-fi concept album, set to be released by new label DYING VICTIMS.

ARMORY’s trademark high-speed HM is now more powerful than ever, pushing their boundaries of epic storytelling, mesmerizing hooks and burning solos whilst retaining their core sound.

The better production sounds more effervescent than ever, exalting the trademarks of their sound.

MESSAGE FROM THE STARS starts with a furious attack; a brilliant song when traditional Hm meets speed.

Dynamic drums, roaring bass, vocals on different range with brilliant solo parts.

JOURNEY INTO INFINITY start fastest, providing different solutions, from traditional sound to Maiden’s galloping parts.

TRANSEPTUNIC FLIGHTS is more lilting and grows second after second, structured before a speed/thrash part.

Many solutions, never obvious, a fast growing band!!

They go on with THE HUNTERS FROM BEYOND, an attack that brings them closer to bands such as Stalker - Speed Metal and Vulture - High Speed Metal, and DEEP SPACE ENCOUNTER, one of our favorite.

VOID PRISON is darker at times while WORMHOLE ESCAPE is structured and powerful and a real kick in the teeth in the last slice.

MUSIC FROM THE SPHERE is another gem, so various and unpredictable, before EVENT HORIZON ends in the best way this amazing album!!
