Alkira are an Australian thrash band from Australia which released their latest EP The Pulse on Nov 29th.

This release follows up their album Klotho (2016).

ALKIRA have also been awarded support slots for Lamb of God, Fear Factory, Tankard, Toxic Holocaust, among others.

Five songs in this new Ep, with the title track as first song.

A good mix of classic metal, thrash with the right dose of groove and strong vocals.

A long thrash run in INFLICTING DAMAGE with an effective solo and great changes of time.

More dusty SLUDGE MACHINE while PENDULUM, after an instrumental groovy intro, starts a thrash runaway with an hitting drums.

A roaring bass starts POWERTRIP, next enter drums and an embracing riff and against a mad run, with changes of time and a great groovy touch.
