THE NIGHTMARE STAGE, from NEW YORK, are ready with their second album called WHEN THE CURTAIN CLOSES, out on April 26th, via PURE STEEL RECORDS.

This platter is the second release after the independent debut album called "Free Admission 

For The Damned", out in 2010. "When The Curtain Closes" is the second work of the US-Americans who provides a tasty mix of Progressive and US Metal enriched by fancy keyboards, complex guitar riffs and by ichonic voice of ex-Inner Strength vocalist Scott Oliva.

THE NIGHTMARE STAGE, built up from the ashes of Immortally Committed, also present theatrical prog elements as well as simply-straight Metal riffs

This album is really interesting and compelling and you can feel it from the first ace called A DEMENTED IMPRESARIO, a prog shot dark painted enriched by an epic flavour in background.

Solos are gorgeous and this a trademark of the band.

RETURNS AGAIN is a great mix of US POWER with a great co-operation by keyboards, that provides us an amazing solo.

THE INFAMOUS is wider with more spaces for melody, as well as having a complex structure.

The album goes on with no fillers and they are able to keep you on your toes!
