For a few days is finally out the new album by VENOM, called STORM THE GATES.

Let's begin with the premise that a band like this doesn't have nothin' to prove after a 40 years-career, but on this occasion they were able to glorify their classic trademarks, such as dirty vocals, sharp riffs and dark and infernal environments with a powerful production.

Maybe we can find some fillers, but surely many fans will appreciate several parts of this album.

From I DARK LORD, that brings us to eighties with its iron riffs and infernal vocals by CRONOS to 100 MILES TO HELL, a speed metal song with intense vocals, from WE THE LOUD to BEATEN TO A PULP another speed metal trip to an internal bath!.

To remind the lilting DESTROYER, and the furious speed metal of THE MIGHTY HAVE FALLEN.

SURELY AN ALBUM TO SUGGEST, BY A BAND CONSCIOUS OF ITS HISTORY BUT READY TO WRITE SEVERAL INFERNAL PAGES AGAIN!
