Gestation of new album STURMPANZER was really long, but finally, on Nov 16th, was out via DISSONANCE PRODUCTIONS.

Honestly we don't want to talk about the controversy concerning the moniker TANK; surely ALGY WARD is the lonely original member again active and we think that's enough.

ALGY played all instruments and vocals , except some BV, made the concept of the cover, and recorded, mixed and produced all tracks.

Obviously it's not simple doin' everything and somethin' can be not perfect, such as in first three songs, when vocals are often overwhelmed, in the final mix, by bass and drums.

But from LIANNE'S CRYING things are beginning to improve and FIRST THEY KILLED THE FATHER goes on in the same (good) way.

The title-track is really various, full of surprises, furious at times, closer to VENOM.

WHICH PART OF F.O. DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND is one the smartest episodes, enhanced by a great guitar solo, such as the next THE LAST SOLDIER.

There's a great and thunderous tribute to PHIL LYNOTT and THIN LIZZY in LITTLE DARLIN' before the last REVENGE OF THE FILTH HOUNDS pt 1/2 ends in the best way this long-awaited return.

LASTLY

HAPPY TO SEE THIS ALBUM OUT, HAPPY TO LISTENING TO NEW MUSIC FROM ALGY..BUT MAYBE HERE at HARDROCKHEAVYMETAL we're TOO MUCH FUN OF TANK!
