Skull Fist have a new album out for a few days called WAY OF THE ROAD, out via NOISE ART RECORDS. Skull Fist are a great classic HM band who utilizes melody both in their guitars and vocals.

They able to be melodic, the whole thing enhanced by shreddy guitar solos but maybe this time both the riffs and vocals aren’t memorable; surely great but our sensation is that needs somethin' to make the final jump.

That’s not to say there aren’t smart parts on this platter but these are generally focused on instrumental breaks, like in “Don’t Cross Me,” or “Better Late Than Never".

Most of the songs are at least great but maybe seems to be missing something.
