After 13 years it's finally time to return in Italy with four dates and the first shot was in Milan.

With a great crowd (at the same night near Milan it was scheduled a sold-out concert of GLENN HUGHES playing classics of DEEP PURPLE), DIAMOND HEAD entertained us with a 90 mins on-fire gig.

Obviously there was a big space for songs taken from masterpiece LIGHTNING TO THE NATIONS but also three songs from last self-titled album were really appreciated (BONES, SET MY SOUL ON FIRE and DIAMONDS).

From the second success BORROWED TIME, space for BORROWED TIME, IN THE HEAT OF THE NIGHT and CALL ME.

To remind the 12 mins version of classic AM I EVIL, literally amazing, while last mins were for two encores SUCKING MY LOVE and STREETS OF GOLD.

Two notes about band; today all seems perfect with RASMUS BOM ANDERSEN, really strong both live and in studio.

The last five mins was for a speech of drummer KARL WILCOX, about today music business.

Despite everything, DIAMOND HEAD are alive and kickin' , just like all of us, strong defenders of NWOBHM and best tradition!!
