And finally we're ready for the new album by Hammer King called "Poseidon Will Carry Us Home", available also this time via CRUZ DEL SUR MUSIC. 

YES..FINALLY..because HK are a really interesting band, able to mix in the best way the best tradition of Classic Hm, Epic and Power.

The band's debut album "Kingdom of the Hammer King" saw the light in 2015, with "King is Rising" following a year after and both albums established the German four-piece (featuring vocalist/guitarist Titan Fox V., guitarist Gino Wilde, bassist K.K. Basement and drummer Dolph Macallan) as a smart and powerful combo in NWOTHM's scene.

After a fruitful studio session with Powerwolf bassist Charles Greywolf at his own Greywolf Studios, Hammer King has emerged with their third album, "Poseidon Will Carry Us Home".

As abovementioned, in this album you can find all and you can feel it from the first song, the title track, so epic and fancy!

THE KIN IS A DEADLY MACHINE starts powerful and strong and so classic, but with power soul.

Great solo, twin guitars' break..all in the best tradition!

BATTLE OF WARS is a real gem, epic and with an amazing bass' job.

7 DAYS AND 7 KINGS begins with a power metal feeling, proud and fast, while WARRIORS OF ANGELHILL see rhythms slower and all appears so classic and grandiloquent.

If WHEN THE HAMMER HANGS is a classic POWER HM song, enhanced by two amazing solos, LAST RITES is a short but great polyphonic interlude, which introduce GLORIOUS NIGHT OF GLORY, epic with more lilting rhythms and chorus full of pathos.

LOCUST PLAGUE is a determined return to POWER HM with a real technical solo.

We goes on with AT THE MERCY OF THE WAVES, so pressing, epic and classic, tailor-made to raise a fist in the air!

WE SAIL CAPE HORN is a son of Maiden's influence before the CLASSIC HM of MEATUS MAJESTATIS, that ends in the best way this new job of the HAMMER KING!
