One year ago on our pages (https://www.hardrockheavymetal.info/single-post/2017/05/11/SATANS-EMPIRE), we were just talking to SATAN'S EMPIRE, NWOBHM underground cult heroes, about new album RISING..and now it's time to listening to it!

Available now on cd (and next on vinyl) via 3MS MUSIC, RISING is a brilliant album!

They start with a kick in the teeth as SLAVES OF SATAN, an anthem so direct, with strong riffs and a great solo.

SHOUT IT OUT is different, less visceral and more structured, enhanced by classy vocals and an inspired solo.

If the title track is darker, SOLDIERS OF WAR is an amazing song, with an almost 8 mins duration, with classic HM flavour and a complex structure.

On the same way DRAGONSLAYER before COME BACK, surely more direct.

ON THE ROAD TO HELL is a great journey into the roots of NWOBHM, while LUCIFER, after an intro, is able to be a speed metal track, but also a lot of other things.

The last shots are POLITICIAN, amazing in its being so different, and SUICIDE, that ends powerful with no frills.

SATAN'S EMPIRE ARE BACK, FINALLY WITH THEIR LONG-AWAITED RETURN!!
