LOVE AT FIRST STING is the 9th studio full lenght by Scorpions.

It was released on March 27th, 1984 via Harvest/EMI in Europe and Mercury in the US.

The album was recorded between 1983 and 1984 at Dierks Studios in Stommeln, West Germany. Initial sessions took place in Stockholm's Polar Studios in 1983 with Jimmy Bain on bass and Bobby Rondinelli on drums, but nothing made it to the final job.

The original cover was made by Kochlowski, a German graphic design company, and features a photo shot by renowned Helmut Newton.
