Let's be honest: this is an album really expected by all classic metal fans and also by Hardrockheavymetal.

And , starting from the end, we can say that all expectations have been complied with!

THRUST's new album "HARVEST OF SOULS" is scheduled for release April 2018 via Pure Steel Records.

Thrust started in 1981 with the live ep "ROCK FOR POLAND" followed by a appearance on "METAL MASSACRE 4".

Followed by the classic "FIST HELD HIGH featuring the classic "Posers Will Die!!". Thrust than released a bootleg called "INVITATION TO INSANITY" followed by the double album in 2015 entitled "FIST HELD HIGH/REINCARNATION (Ultimate 35th Band Anniversary Collection)”.

This platter starts with DECEIVER, a classic HM tune enhanced by epic voice of ERIC CLARO, with everything wrapped in a dark mood..but, random, starts the guitar's solo..a first kick in the teeth..

IMMORTAL goes on in the same way, with epic vocals and iron riffing.

KILL OR BE KILLED, almost 5 min duration, starts lilting and powerful; an highly classic sound with Eric who reminds us somethin' of a legend as RONNIE JAMES DIO.

SOORCERESS is another super classic song, a steamroller..nothin' else to say!

It starts in waitin', with the wind blowin', before a break that develops itself in somethin' powerful and inspired, or in somethin'melodic and evocative..nothin' to add, a fancy song, complex and various.

BLOOD KING starts in the most sinister fashion, reminding us somethin' from underrated era of BLACK SABBATH (DEHUMANIZER) or DIO (STRANGER HIGHEAYS, HUNGRY MACHINES) and this tune it's confirmed powerful and well-balanced.

POSSESSED is another gem, maybe one of our fav, while FEEL THE PAIN, with its pressing drummin' and riffing, bites immediately your bones!

END OF TIME and ONE STEP FROM THE GRAVE, this last one really amazing with some steps vaguely close to Maidens, end in the best possibile way this appreciated comeback!!

LASTLY:

THRUST ARE BACK IN THEIR BEST SHAPE, keeping highest the flag of classic and pure HM!
