"You Are the Music...We're Just the Band" is the 3rd studio album by British Hard Rock Band Trapeze.

Recorded with producer Neil Slave, was out in 1972 through Threshold Records; "Coast to Coast" was the first single.

It was the last Trapeze album recorded by the lineup of Glenn Hughes, Mel Galley and Dave Holland, before Hughes joinin' DEEP PURPLE in 1973.

It featured several guest performers, including guitarist B.J. Cole, pianist Rod Argent and saxophonist Jimmy Hastings.
