After the first chapter 3 years ago, Adrian Vandenberg return with his dutch mates to remind us what kind is guitarist is..and this is the amazing result!

Compared with the first self-titled album, this is more uniform, in the classic British HR tradition but with a deeply own style.

It's great see Adrian so happy for his creature and happier for fans listening to an heartwarming platter like this.

They start with TIGHTROPE, a classic natty seventies HR in the way of band as BAD COMPANY.

REPUTATION is more speedy and "pimp"; don't need remember that solo parts of Adrian are exciting.

ANGEL IN BLACK is more in WHITESNAKE's mood, while THE FIRE is maybe one of the more appreciated tune and the longest in this work.

Exciting riffs accompany this song, complex and simple in the same way, an opening tune which develops itself with the solo parts of bass'n'drums.

WALK AWAY is a 3 min song more in ZEPPELIN's way, that heats hearts with acoustic guitar and piano.

ALL OR NOTHING ends first half with somethin' that remind us two great albums of THE WINERY DOGS.

WHAT DOESN'T KILL YOUR is a killin' and inspired song, maybe more catchy.

READY FOR THE TAKING is a great gift to WHITESNAKE's years while we love NEW DAY for its light atmosphere.

HARD WAY is more direct, more "AC/DC", just to understand each other.

LOVE RUNS OUT is so diferent, never obvious but very eager to sing it loudly!

The last emotions is for IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE HEAT, which it could stay easily in "1987"..

Lastly, what can we say; an album to spinning on your turntable!
