With their third album called "Never Seen Again" (out on November 24th via PURE STEEL RECORDS), the Swedish NWOTHM band STARBLIND make the last leap. The band doesn't hide itself behind its love for IRON MAIDEN (maybe after POWERSLAVE times); the inspiration from the Masters is clear, but this 5 piece band is able to develop this inspiration in somethin' deeply own.

Since "Dying son" in 2015 somethin' changed. The most important news is the new vocalist Marcus Sannefjord Olkerud (Ex-Rocka Rollas) with his epic and power vocals.

THE EVERLASTING DREAM OF FLIGHT starts with a keyboard's intro before jumping in IRON MAIDEN'S sea. The solo's part is amazing!

THE SHADOW OF TIME is somethin'different with a less-Maiden' approach..maybe somethin' closer to others NWOTHM bands as TOLEDO STEEL.

PRIDE AND GLORY is a more complex song, 5 min-duration of high class music.

ETERNALLY BOUND could be a great song of album as A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH times..is a song almost "progressive" with a great break perfect for stadiums choirs.

TEARS OF A SOLDIER starts with a lot of power in the way of NWOTHM bands as SCREAMER or AIR RAID before developing in somethin' more complex.

The title track is to listening to with big attention..amazing the solo parts.

AVARICE remind us somethin' from another NWOTHM top band as MONUMENT while DEMON RIDER is more epic..another high level song as the next ace, INSANITY AND GENIUS.

THE LAST STAND, in our opinion, is fantastic; continuous changes of time that make this song unique.

An album to suggest to all Classic Heavy Metal fans!
